Vegan(ish)

From a young age, I’ve felt a deep connection to animals and a sense of responsibility to protect them. Learning about the lives of animals in the agriculture industry—mama cows separated from their calves, chickens in cramped cages, cats and dogs being illegally sold to meat plants for "cheap filler meats" that go into grocery store beef, and so many others in similar heartbreaking situations—has only strengthened my commitment to animal welfare. I truly believe that if people knew the full story, they would make different choices.

My journey toward a plant-based lifestyle has been guided by this belief. For now, I still consume fish and honey, but I choose plant-based options whenever possible. This is more than a diet for me; it’s a way to align my everyday choices with my values. Below, you’ll find some of my go-to plant-based recipes and favorite cruelty-free products that help me live this lifestyle.
